ANSWERS

1. I want to work for this company because Toronto Premium Outlet Centre , is the first Premium outlet
centre in Canada that is owned by Simon Property Group which is an American real estate investment
trust that invests in shopping malls, outlet centers, and community /.lifestyle centers. I am interesting in
this job because I will get experience of general sales representative which in future leads me to achieve
my dream job of tourism development director..

2. Well, I am working in shoppers therefore I learned about sales and I have good knowledge how to sell
a product or how to communicate with customers and influence them as well to buy the product by
providing a huge detail and benefits of that particular product .Whereas, as every job has their own rules
and regulations in this job I will learn some new methods of working but I can say I did similar work of
this kind before as I mentioned above.

3. I am trained as QC( Quality and Quantity control) and I also learned how to pick products and
organize to that place where it needs to be at. Moreover, I have some knowledge how to operate convener
as well as to receive products. I also have skill and goal to increase the number of people who visit their
area each year to promote sales which is necessary to work as general sales representative. I am doing my
diploma in tourism and hospitality and I will soon be qualified in it.

4. You can hire me because I made for this job as I have skills as well as qualification to work in this
field and I will also fulfill my responsibilities such as by representing Simon to customers with help of
high quality and efficient service. Furthermore, I can service our customers, both tenants and shoppers by
being available to answer questions regarding the Centre.

5. I read books and do painting in spare time and also gather knowledgeable information news that whats
going around us. I also love to do gardening in leisure time as I like flowers as well as to plant some trees.
I also for a good job which can do so that in future I can build a better carrier.

6. Well, working in a group taught us many things like how to stay patience while working and listen
others ideas if you agree or not and you also gained other knowledge what you don’t have. Most
important thing in a group you learn how to work together as a team which gives you a lot of knowledge
and you also learn some values to talk to others.

7. If someone is giving me instructions so it does mean I should listen him or her because for my
betterment they are providing me instructions. For example when you go to job for very first day then
you listen your supervisor instructions of working and their requirements for the job so that you can avoid
injuries while operating any machine or equipment during working. Furthermore, for criticism I always
tried to respond positively to their criticism, taking into account what they said, and do things better.

8. I have good experience at work so that’s why I never felt bore because its my own interest to work at
that job and due to optimistic environment and a nice supervisor and team leaders I never bored while
working. Most important thing every day I learned something new which gives me lots of pleasure at the
end of the day that what I did is becoming more better with pass-age of time .

9. I choose this line of work because I want achieve my dream job and its not possible without hard work
and knowledge. So that’s why I wants to begin my journey of my carrier from this line of fields. Apart
from this, as a hospitality and tourism management student , you will have the opportunity to learn about
different cultures and how to best serve guests from all over the world.

10. As we know that while working under pressure is not easy but sometime we don’t have any option we
have work on it so at that time I decided and I use the pressure to help me work more efficiently and I
think it helps me to grow .In my last experiences I work during deadlines and I am always looking to
overcome challenges as soon as possible so that at the end I am able show up with better solutions.

11. Yes, I had taken a holiday but the most important thing is whenever I did, so it never impacted on my
assigned task. Sometime when I have been ill and if there is some emergency then, I always make sure
that for some time I must available on phone. Usually, I have not skip my work within the given time
frame.

12. I changed a jobs to take new opportunities and responsibilities which my current job does not offer.
My current job isn’t using all of my skills, and I would like to find something more challenging I am
working at my current job for a long time and wanted to experience a different environment which will
help me to grow in my career.

13. I think everyone at some point in life wants to know what’s more life offers rather than work, so I
took sometime off from work and explored and opened myself up to new experience in life because it’s
necessary to have a change from a daily life.

14. My long term goals are to earn new responsibilities within the company, ultimately helping the
company to succeed in the long term. My short term goal is to get a better platform where I enhance my
knowledge and skills by learning new things in my career. I want to see myself extracting every single
drop of experience as I move ahead in my life.

15. My greatest strength includes time management, communication and determination .I have good
communication skills with which I can influence customers to buy products by providing a detail and
benefits of the product .I always do my work within the time limit which is provided to me .I am also
dedicated towards new task which is provided to me.

16. My greatest weakness is multitasking and dedication. I extremely dedicated to learn different things so
that I can improved my work performance. In leisure time I preferred to do paintings, plant trees and read
story books as well as motivational books which increase my knowledge.

17. I appreciated my previous employer having a good team work which give me the opportunity to
acquired a great knowledge and skill .I have worked at the organization for a long time and wanted to
experience a different environment to help me to grow.

18. I am organized , hard –working , reliable, confident and responsible. I proud on myself that I can
manage time efficiently and with that I am able to meet multiple deadlines .I am always working towards
a new goal and refuse to give up if met with any obstacles. My confidence helps me recognize my
abilities while also knowing that there is always room to learn more.

19. I like goal team work in my last job. The whole company based on the team work because if we have
good relations with our employer we can share our ideas and thoughts to increase the productivity of the
company. Environment is also optimistic where I work for my last job.

20. I didn’t feel I had any more opportunity to grow my career in the role, so I decided to look for a
change. My current role isn’t using all of my skills, and I would like to find something more challenging.
Moreover, now I want to excel more in tourism industry to see my future for that I have to quit this job.
21. My long range goal is to become Tourism Development Director .I hope to achieve my goal and I
started from Toronto Premium Outlet to get some experience because by first getting to manage a smaller
team within the next two to three years and generate enough results to be considered for department
manager after another two years. I have prepared for this by working in shoppers. The Toronto Premium
Outlet Centre is well organized, and I feel would be the ideal place for me to achieve my goals.

22. I am working in shoppers so I am trained for quality and quantity control of products and I can also
operate convair line machine and I also have knowledge to send customer slip and how to print as QC.

23. My first priority is to gain knowledge and experience .So, I will accept what you offered as per the
company norms which will fulfill my economical needs.

sales department. I am adept at solving problems, and I believe my ability to think quickly on my feet will
prove me to be a necessary asset to this team.
