Execution, Pos-Cheking and Rollback
tasks in every day:
• Pre-Checking
o Inform Customer about Activity Start
o Create SW & Configuration Backup
o Collect and analyze logs as defined in
eMOP. Check the equipment current
status (KPIs, alarms)

alarm list which has been collected
before the upgrade

eMOPs from “eMOP Reports” or
also from the “eMOP Search”

Custom template
• This functionality enables the use
of Customer`s MOP template.
• The author will have the option of
changing the e-MOP template to
the custom template appointed, by
setting the use custom template
option to “yes” in tab reference on
e-MOP write page.
• The author is able to download the
customer MOP template from the
created emop (“view doc” option)
in order to fill in all the information
manually and insert it again on the
emop (“upload option”) for
customer approval.
• In order to use the customer
template feature, the local team
should request it by sending the
customer MOP template to eMOP
email address, in order to enable
this feature in the tool.
