DECLARATION
1. We undertake to pay the bus fee according to the rules in force and as fixed by school authorities from time to time.
2. We have carefully studied the bus routes and bus stops and understand that the same will not be changed by the school authorities.
3. We understand that it would be our responsibility to drop and pick up our child at/from the specified bus stop.
4. We understand that buses are not air-conditioned and the bus facility is extended to our ward at our own risk and responsibility.
5. We will be at the bus stop 05 minutes before the scheduled time to drop and pick up our ward.
6. We understand that the bus may sometimes be late due to unavoidable reasons.
7. We have read and do hereby consent to the terms and conditions regarding school transportation.
8. Scheduled timings for Crossing Republic may vary, due to distance and traffic congestion.
9. Filling of this form does not guarantee a seat on any school bus/transport.

OPTION 2: Personal Transport

DECLARATION
1. We undertake the responsibility to make our own transport arrangements for dropping and picking our ward from the school premises.
2. It is our responsibility to ensure that the car / van / rickshaw engaged by us is safe and is driven by an experienced and responsible
driver with ID proof.
3. We are not interested in using the school transport.
