Established in 2005, Alpha V-Kare Services specialises in manpower services to

Expats and NRIs based in India. Our aim is to provide excellent, quality service
to our clients, taking into account every requirement of theirs and the current
market.

Reliability is one of our key values. We endeavor to give our customers the
most trustworthy, well-experienced and well-mannered of our staff, at all
times. We do proper background check for each of our staff and that aids in
increased reliability. Our business thrives in the absence of any form of
advertisement, only by word of mouth. That, in itself, is a testimony to the
quality of service we strive to provide.
Customer oriented
We give the most importance to customer satisfaction and feedback. We offer
a two-week trial period to our customers, wherein they can try the candidate
we provide. If they aren’t pleased, we will work on finding a better yet match
for the client. We have close bonding and relationship with all our customers
and choose to give them priority at all times.

Best fit
We follow a best fit approach, whereby we take into consideration the
location, language, low level requirements of the clients and come up with the
optimized matches for the client and line them up. The client is free to choose
from the couple or more of candidates, after a round of interview.

Terms
• Every client is to pay a registration fee of 1000INR, the first time they
come in contact with us. This can be deducted from the service charge
the client will be paying us, on successful hire.
• The exact requirements are to be communicated to us via mail. We will
then line up suitable candidates for the client within 2-5 business days,
depending on the requirement.
• The client is to opt for one of the candidates and go for a two-week trial
period. They can stop anytime they are dissatisfied for valid reasons.
Then, we provide another candidate for trial.
• Once the client has crossed the two-week trial period and is happy with
the candidate, they are to pay us service charges. There are two options
that they can choose from:
§ Option 1- The client will pay Alpha V-Kare, a one-time service fee
at the time of employment-a month’s salary of the employee. If
the client is found unhappy with the employee later, we will be
providing free replacement, within a period of six months.
However, for any reason, if a replacement is needed after six
months, the service charge would have to be paid again.
 § Option 2- The client pays Alpha V-Kare, a month’s salary of the
employee at the time of employment + 1000INR every month,
until they continue to consume our services. This will entitle them
to free lifetime replacements. This way, we also have better hold
on our staff.
• If the client is leaving the country or would like to recommend any of our
staff to their friends, it should strictly be through Alpha V-Kare only.
None of our staff should be taken abroad without our knowledge and
agreement, as we’re answerable to their families.
• If a client wishes to pre-book/hold a candidate for a period before the
date of joining, they would have to pay the respective waiting charges to
the candidate, as they would be losing out on other opportunities.
