Literature Review
A literature review, in simple term, is an overview of the previously existing published works on a
specific topic. In other word, this term can refer to a full scholarly paper or a section of a scholarly work
such as a book, or an article. Moreover, a literature review should make it clear to the researcher and
audiences with a general outlook of the existing knowledge on the topic under the question. An eye-
catching literature review can make it clear that a proper research question has been asked and an
appropriate research methodology has been chosen. Furthermore, a literature review can provide us
with the information to place the given topic within the body of relevant literature. In a nutshell, it
serves as a summary of the given research question which have to be addressed more precisely.
