RE: February 02, 2022 Monthly Officers’ Meeting

1. Individual Concerns on Junior Leccom Members

c. Reminders will be sent privately through direct message. Please wait for your
notices. 
2. 9AM Sunday Masses are now for JLC Members + some Senior Leccom
a. Every 9 AM Sunday Mass will be assigned to the Junior Leccom. Its coordinator
(Bro. Paulo Feliciano-Pangan) is tasked to make and delegate the schedule. 
i. Efficient and fair rotation should be observed. Avoid repetitive servers.
Give fair opportunities to others.
b. Junior Leccom Members are now encouraged and allowed to serve as
commentators for the 9AM Sunday mass.
i. Make sure the JLC commentator is ready for the task.
ii. The following are the Senior Leccom Members that will be under the 9
AM Sunday Mass scheduling:
1. Sis. Kienzen Dino
2. Sis. Rona Canlas
3. Sis. Jasmine Castro
4. Sis. Erika Awat
5. Sis. Bian Carreon
6. Sis. Luzon Nunag
7. Sis. Marceline Duenas
8. Sis. Karen Basilio
c. JLC Scheduling will start on February 27, 2022. JLC Coordinator is tasked to do
the scheduling from then onwards.
3. Recruitment is still ongoing
a. Please check our Facebook page for more information and requirement details.
The applicant information sheet is already shared in the SMAP LECCOM group
and our official Facebook page.
b. Encourage your friends to join the organization. If ever you have a recruit, inform
your coordinator as soon as possible.
4. LECCOM Buttons and Pins
a. LECCOM Buttons and Pins are now being ordered. Prices are to be announced. 
b. Please inform your coordinator if you are going to order. 
5. Need for face-to-face meeting with current JLC Members
