SUBJECT Submission of Network, Software and Hardware Requirements for

Provincial Satellite Auditing Offices (PSAOs) for inclusion in the COA
Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP) for the years 2024 to 2026

This is in connection with Administration Sector Memorandum dated April 4, 2022

regarding the submission ofICT requirements for consideration/inclusion in the COA ISSP for
the years 2024 to 2026.

We noted that not all Regional Offices (ROs) have included their network and hardware
requirement for the PSAOs under their respective offices. Please submit the list of the ICT
requirements for inclusion in the COA ISSP for 2024-2026 particularly your additional ICT
requirements for the installation of network infrastructure in the PSAO to Ms. Janika C.
Vergara-Ong, Acting Division Chief, Information Systems Administration and Support
Division, ITa, at her email address:ianika.vergara@coa_gov.ph. on or before September 2,
2022. We have attached the ICT Plan for the PSAO Infrastructure Plan for your reference in
the prioritization of your ICT requirements for the said years.

May we also inform you that in the recently concluded Annual Update Training for
Regional Information Technology Services (RITS) personnel, it was discussed and agreed that
for compatibility and connectivity, the acquisition of ICT requirements with regard to the
 network infrastructure in the PSAOs be conducted in the Central Office. In view ofthis, please
inform the Planning and Budget Management Office, Finance Sector and the Central Office
Bids and Awards Committee of your request/intention that the acquisition ofICT Requirements
on the installation of network infrastructure of the PSAOs be made in the Central Office for
2023 and succeeding years. for their appropriate action.
