We are currently undergraduate students at St. Michael’s College. We are given a task in
our project to search a company for us to implement an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)
System in our subject System Integration and Architecture. We are formally asking for your
permission to conduct an interview about your company.

Additionally, we think that you can give us more knowledge about the industry,
specifically regarding your company. The background and expertise of your company will be
hugely helpful and valuable to us. The interview will just take 20 to 30 minutes for your
convenience.

Moreover, we are open to conducting interviews with any worker at your company.
Also, we want to let you know that we are required to use a camera or recorder during the
interview.
