63-year-old male. CT Runo# Angiography was performed with

SUREExposure and SUREkV, automatic mA modulation and kV selection.

Multiplanar Reconstructions (MPR) and 3D Volume Rendered

images demonstrate bilateral iliac-femoral artery occlusion; right
axillary femoral bypass graft and a left aortofemoral bypass graft
with restored blood "ow to both femoral arteries. Severe di#use
atherosclerotic disease and aortic aneurism pre-bifurcation is also
demonstrated. Blood "ow is seen bilaterally in the extremities.

A Lung CT was performed on a 70-year-old male SUREExposure, mA

modulation and AIDR 3D Enhanced, Adaptive Iterative Dose
Reduction are integrated into the protocol and automatically
applied to the scan. AIDR 3D Enhanced reduces image noise while
preserving diagnostic information leading to possible dose
reduction. This case was acquired with a CTDI of 1.3 mGy.
Multiplanar Reconstruction (MPR) images demonstrate pulmonary
!brosis bilaterally in the upper lobes and bilateral pulmonary
emphysema.
