Interacting with Architects, Builders and Interior decorators at exhibitions is

an important way to showcase our beautiful products and talk about our
brand values and culture.

TN North strategically and craftily set up a stall at Chennai’s largest

exhibition, the Interior and Exterior Expo between the 24th to 26th of June.
They represented Asian Paints Beautiful Homes by
displaying a variety of our choicest products from the
Furniture, Furnishing, tiles, lights, DS, bath, and kitchen
categories.

With a warm and welcoming smile, the

representatives expected 50 high-quality leads
a day with a GMV of INR 2-5 Cr.

Upskilling of craftsmen is an integral part of our CSR

mission. Asian Paints Colour Academy conducted an
in-depth technical training for 16 plumbers from 4
stores – Annamalai Stores, Anantha Corporation,
Mahalakshmi Paints, and Selvi Hardware & Electricals.
The training focused on increasing
the plumber's technical application
skills and aimed at developing a
sense of trust and loyalty towards
AP Bath as a brand.

We appreciate the efforts of the AP

Bath DSAs in bringing the plumbers
together for the upskilling session.

reality by converting a design solution site worth INR 15
Lakhs.

Beautiful Homes are not built in a day and nor is our training.
At Asian Paints Beautiful Homes are proud to say our staff
undergoes continuous training programs to ensure that we
serve our customers with service of the highest standard of
product knowledge and customer service.

For a pitch in Vrindavan, the National Paints team created

Sketches and 3D Layouts to convince their client that the
interior of their entire site is in safe hands of talented and
hard-working professionals.

The team will now be installing AP furniture, Tesa wooden

flooring, Nilaya furniture, wallpaper, lights, and Sabya
fabric worth INR 13 Lakh where the worth of the non AP
category products was INR 9.90 Lakh.

Empowering customers and teaching them techniques to express their

creativity is very important to us at Asian Paints Beautiful Homes. In the
month of June our in-store team curated 3 DIY workshops to stimulate the
creative juices of our customers.

JEWELLERY BOX DECORATION

Equipped with beautiful paints,
sequences and a lot of enthusiasm the
participants showcased their artistry
by bringing to life their very unique
Jewellery Boxes.

A lovely afternoon filled

with sunny smiles and
learning ended with our
participants taking home a
trove skill and stunning art.
NO STITCH HOOP ART
Learning to sew can be a
daunting task for some of us.
Keeping this in mind our
Signature Store conducted a No
Stitch Hoop Art workshop where
participants made intricate and
delicate pieces all without
stitching!

LIPPAN ART
Lippan Kaam- the glittering art of
Kutch involves decorating clay
boards with geometric motifs and
mirrors. Our in-store experts taught
participants how to intricate and
elegant Lippan Art pieces.

Clematis Pink- a grey-hued purple with blue and red

undertones that quietly encourages the power of
embracing change. The past couple of years have been
a constant series of changes but the lockdown and
isolation provided us an opportunity to discover
ourselves and reflect on our lives till now.

Content Creator Kinjal Bhanushali visited our Asian
Paints Signature Store for a shoot. We don’t know
about you but we cannot stop staring at the beautiful
and luxurious walls in the background!

TRAINING
Training and Upskilling are a very important part
of employee development at Asian Paints
Beautiful Homes. In the month of June our
Signature Store conducted 2 training workshops.
In consultation with the FR team, we conducted
training for our Nirman line of products. We also
conducted a workshop for our exquisite line of
Nilaya Wallpapers.
