G. BAROT, RANDY P. NAVIDA, ZENAIDA G. BAROT,
LEONARDO S. GAMIDO, SR., AVELINO S. GAMIDO of legal
ages, Filipinos, and residing at Magsaysay, Occidental
Mindoro, after having been sworn to in accordance with law do
hereby depose and say that:

1. We are the defendants in the COMPLAINT filed

before this Honorable Court;

2. We have caused the preparation by our counsel

of the foregoing Answer. We have read the same and
certify that the allegations therein are true and correct to
the best of our knowledge and information, or based on
authentic records; that this pleading is not filed to harass,
cause unnecessary delay, or needlessly increase the cost
of litigation; and that factual allegations therein have
evidentiary support or, if specifically, so identified, will
likewise have evidentiary support after a reasonable
opportunity for discovery;

3. We have not commenced any similar actions

involving the same parties before the Supreme Court, the
Court of Appeals or any of its subdivision, or before any other
court, tribunal or administrative agency, and We do hereby
commit that should we hereafter learn that a case involving
the same cause of action and/or parties has been initiated or
is pending before any such other court or tribunal, We shall
inform this Honorable Court within five (5) days from
knowledge thereof.
