the Revised Penal Code) against accused RONNIE ABERIA and 8 JOHN DOES, attaching herein the ORDER
of the Honorable Judge HEIDI F. BACOLOR-RAGSAC, Presiding Judge of the MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL
COURT of Magsaysay-Rizal-Calintaan as ANNEX “A.” 
 
May we inform you that acceptance of the case in on voluntary basis and is further subject to the rules
contained in A.M. No. 08-11-7-SC  (August 28, 2009) which requires INDIGENCY TEST and MERIT TEST.1
Furthermore, as contained in the said rules, “care shall be taken that the Legal aid is not availed of to
the detriment of the private practice of law, or taken advantage of by anyone for personal ends.”

on behalf of the IBP Legal Aid – Occidental Mindoro and attach to your FORMAL ENTRY OF APPEARANCE
this referral letter as well as the the CERTIFICATE OF INDIGENCY, AFFIDAVIT OF INDIGENCY, and
CERTIFICATE OF NO LANDHOLDING (from the Municipal Assessor).
