AFFIDAVIT OF MERIT
I, MARK VINCENT D. SAMSON, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Magbay,
San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, after being duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state that:
1. I am a staff at the Villamar Law Office with office address at San Jose,
Occidental Mindoro;
2. I was tasked to contact MR. AMANDO JAVIER, respondent of the case for
DAMAGES pending at the Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Magsaysay, Occidental
Mindoro docketed as CIVIL CASE NO. M-124 (EP/SR);
3. Despite of my efforts to contact Mr. Javier in his phone number #0970-751-
3989, he was not responding to me and was not appearing to our office;
4. I voluntarily execute this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts
and in order to inform the Honorable Court that Mr. Javier is not responding to our
office.
