PROJECT SCOPE DESCRIPTION

Dormitories for students in CIU are not quite enough to
accommodate the increasing number of students year by year.
Hence, the university leadership is initiating a dormitory
construction project and other facilities for both boys and girls that
Business Need will enable students to be in the dormitory for a better experience.
The construction is sponsored by the leadership and to be
constructed by XYZ company. At the end of the project, two
dormitories (both boys and girls consisting of 540 bedrooms),
sports centers, restaurants, shops, and stationaries are expected to
be built.
To ensure the project duration do not exceed the designated period
of one year to completion
