CONCLUSION, SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS

I found this training was very effective to our personal and professional life
without any doubt Spectrum dyes and Chemicals Ltd is among the top chemical
manufacturers in Indian They hold different awards in plants safety as well as in
management. Spectrum Dyes and Chemicals Ltd has changed their technology from
mercury cell to membrane technology.

Spectrum Dyes and Chemicals have strict codes of safety and management.
My visit to Spectrum Dyes and Chemicals ltd. was no doubt very well. The plant is
constantly monitored by the team of highly trained engineers.

No doubt that the plant has best safety rules. The plant is very vast in terms of
area and there were several units working at a time. Also the industry provides us with
safety helmets as the others were wearing. They have their safety team on guard all
the time as any time any emergency situation can possibly rise. The company have
their personal medical service department as well for any medical emergency.

The only problem was that, the company got cleaned every 1 year so
throughout the year because of continuous work and mobility of workers the floor
really get slippery and it should be the matter of concern for the company. The
company should really work on that. Inspite of this there’s no such matter of concern.

We are fortunate enough that we got the opportunity to work as interns at spectrum
dyes and chemicals and it was such a wonderful experience to work with such
cooperative staff. We learned a lot from this opportunity.
