INTRODUCTION

A portfolio is a compilation of academic work and other forms of educational


evidences as assembled for the purpose of evaluating coursework quality, Learning
progress and academic achievement; determining whether students have met learning
standards or other academic requirements for courses, helping students reflect on their
academic goal and progress as learners and creating a lasting archive of academic work
products, accomplishments and other documentation. Students portfolio that compiling,
reviewing and evaluating students work can provide a deeper and accurate picture of

what students have learned and are able to do than more traditional measures such as
standardized test.
.
Portfolio can be a physical collection of students work that include materials such as
written assignments, completed test, artwork, and other materials evidence of learning
progress and academic accomplishment. Portfolio may also be digital archives,
presentations, website, photographs, and other digital artifacts learning. The relevance
of this portfolio is intended to evaluate learning progress and achievement in the
specific course, while others are maintained for the entire time a student is enrolled in a
school and some portfolios are used assess learning in a specific subject area while the
others evaluate the acquisition of skills that students can apply in all subject areas.

Program Objectives of BSBA

PO1: Deliver excellent mode of instruction and training to prepare students for
career in business that underpins the principles of, and important facts
regarding human relations, effective communication, economics,
management, finance accounting and business law.

A portfolio is a living and changing collection of records that reflect your


accomplishments, skills, experiences and attributes. It highlights and showcase samples
of some of your best work, along with life experiences, values and achievements. To
learn new chapter of learning. This portfolio is done with perseverance and dedication.

The crucial part in making portfolio is the opportunity to explore your mind, creativity
and assess you in everything you need to obtain in academically and also in the process
of critical thinking. I compiled the best selected task throughout the year and provided
reflections to the documents and evaluate the knowledge, skills and working habits I
have learned. A collaborative efforts of the learners to educators and to the
environment as well. The best thing and advantage in this type of portfolio is that I can
select the task that reflect my level of learning and can explain why these tasks
represent the effort and achievement. Despite the pandemic, that I encountered during
self-learning or study and with the help of others, I able to finish those learning that
should be submitted and a working student I apply the time management.

REFLECTION
In this activity I learned that if my superior gives me an order or duty, I should follow it
and then inquire or make a reason as to why I shouldn't have been told to do it in the
first place. This does not apply to safety concerns, such as my or others' safety.
In the module 2 which is the ethical issue on business, that tackles about ethical issue in
the work place I learned that in the work place the main problem between co-workers

are discrimination and harassment, it must be control by management so that equality
and peace in the office will be observe by everybody…
