MAR handling process for BFO and TOC type drug
Step 01: -TOC and BFO type drug will be show in Green color in Active Medication of MAR once it is due
if user order the Drug “A” with select Frequency OD and Quantity 01
Step 02:- User will do add Available quantity, Batch, Expiry date for TOC and BFO type drug by right click
on Active drug and by clicking on Add Available quantity option
Step 03:- Add quantity will be show in Issue Quantity and Available Quantity
Step 04:- When user click on active drug Medication Administration and sub form should be open with
select radio button Administer Now and there drug will be show in Item drop down and batch will be
show in batch text box with un -editable condition which batch number saved by Add available quantity
option. If user has entered available sty multiple times and batches are different then all the batches
shall be visible in the dropdown
Step 05:- Drug will be show in Administration Record radio button after Administer to drug with
Medication, Batch No. , Dose, Route, Frequency, Day, Schedule date administer date, Status, User
Name, Remark
Step 06:- User can change drug administer schedule for TOC and BFO type Plus and minus Hours Delay
by text box.
Example:-User can administer to drug 1:00 Am if drug administer time is 2:00 PM after change schedule.
01 hour will be decrease after user type -1 and save in Delay by text box and 01 hour will be increase
after user type 1 and save in Delay by text box
Step 06:- User can mark Unable to administer to drug with select Reason and save record
System should not stop nursing clearance if user define configuration value 01 and active
