Rationale of the Hypertension is a growing health issue for those suffering from irregular blood
Fitness event pressure. It is a health disease worth noting because of it’s ordinariness, and the
adversity that comes with this disease. Abnormal blood pressure will ultimately lead
to hypertension. Hence, because of this, the group 1 of St. Alphonsus Liguori –
Batch 2 will develop a fitness plan specifically established for those suffering from
hypertension, otherwise known as high blood pressure. The fundamental reason of
the construction of this fitness plan is to reduce blood pressure. Our group has
initiated a series of exercises with the common objective to aid in the reduction and
suppression of blood pressure for those directly impacted by this disease with the
help of various performances, the group aims to institute methods that those with this
disease can utilize for their every day life.
