Nowadays, there are various means of transport to travel long distances.

For example you

can travel by car, airplayne, train, or bus. When you choose how to travel, you have to
decide how much time, and money you want to spend, and how long your holiday will be.

First of all, you can travel by car. Its best side is flexibility. You can travel at any time you
want. You don’t have to waste your time waiting for a bus or a train. You can visit all the
places you want. You can stop whenever you want, and you also can take more luggage
with you. On the other hand, traveling by car is quite uncomfortable for the driver. Also it can
be dangerous too. The petrol prices are also very high, and you have to worry about parking,
and traffic jam.

Buses maybe the cheapest option to travel, but I think it's not really comfortable to travel
long distances. It’s slower than the train, and you can’t get up, or walk around, and some
buses don’t have a toilet so you have to wait until there is a break.
But also you can listen to music, read, or have a rest. Trains also have sleeping cars, so you
can sleep through a long journey. There is often a dining car too. You don’t have to worry
about traffic, but trains are often late, so you have to wait a lot.

The fastest way to travel long distances is flying. Airplanes are comfortable and safe. The
airplane tickets are quite expensive, and there are restrictions on the amount of your
luggage. Also, airports are generally far from the city centres, and you have to take an
expansive taxi, or bus to take you there.

If I travel long distances I prefer going by car. It’s comfortable for me, and I can sleep too.
We can stop when we need, and go where we want. I usually listen to music, and watch the
scenery.
