RENZ: yes that’s right. By the way how will I check out? Where is the front desk so that I can
settle my bill here in the hotel?
KATE: no need to find the front desk Mr. Francisco did you see the kiosk over there? That is
where you will be checking out.

RENZ: it is great! I enjoy so many things here in your hotel and gain new experience. such as the
