I – Executive Summary
Are you looking for a sweet dessert that tastes great and is made with basic ingredients?

The delectable delicacies you will undoubtedly adore are churros with a twist, which just require

a few basic ingredients. Churros with a twist are constructed with straightforward choux dough

(Php 10.00), this product is widely accessible. This product has a unique element that can draw

 MISSION

To advertise to and expose Vinzons Pilot High School students, faculty, and staff to the

Churros with a Twist. Additionally, to those who are outside of the school. By offering a

clean, safe, and delectable dessert (Churros with a twist) and selling at a reasonable price,

this cuisine will protect their health.

 VISION

Churros De Platano wants to boost business success by giving customers the best churros

they've ever had. The product's tantalizing flavor and exquisite sweetness are also intended to

satiate their appetites. And to be recognized as a top vendor of Churros De Platano in Camarines

Norte by Vinzons.

combinations.

3. The entrepreneurs want to demonstrate that the suggested business plan for Churros De

Platano will generate profits and will ensure that their customers' money is well spent

since Churros De Platano will provide the best taste you have ever had.

II – Product Overview

Churros are highly profitable products that attract people to the establishment and are

consumed in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. It's a dough made of wheat flour, salt, and water,

fried in oil. Despite having a pinch of salt, our churros are essentially neutral and can be

accompanied by multiple recipes, from sweet to savory. Hot chocolate, cocoa creams, dulce de

leche, ice cream, and bananas are common accompaniments. In addition, churros are usually

consumed for breakfast or snack, and even as a snack for the night. They are ideal for drinks with

friends, or simply as an accompaniment on a pleasant walk through the center of any beautiful

city. Furthermore, churros are a typical Spanish product that, due to its quality, has spread

throughout the world. Our churros add a lot of value to the establishment because they combine

the attraction of people to the establishment, differentiation from competition, and high

marginality.

A. Research and Analysis

Customer satisfaction is the top priority for Churros De Platano products. Where

customers can select their preferred dipping sauce from among chocolate, vanilla, milk, and

caramel. In contrast to other Churros, our product is unique because it has a twist; instead of the

traditional Churros, our product has a banana filling inside that makes it extra special.

This product is a perfect gift for friends, family, or loved ones. The entrepreneurs' goal is

for the customer to have meaningful value in buying this product. To make sure that once they

buy this product, they will not easily forget it. Not just because of the taste of this food, but

because there is something special in this product.

With this kind of marketing approach, the entrepreneurs can anticipate that a large

number of customers will enjoy it, especially given the availability of a variety of dipping

sauces. In addition, these churros have a banana filling, which makes them nutritious and

healthier. Additionally, the entrepreneurs will make sure that after you purchase this product, you

won't regret it because it is worth it.

The item “Churros De Platano” will cost ten (10) pesos a piece, which is

technically much more affordable than the others and will undoubtedly result in greater

customer appeal and consideration. By setting this price, it will probably attract more

first-time customers. However, due of the time constraints for bazaar business setup,

entrepreneurs will not employ penetration pricing during the conduct of the bazaar and

would instead use cost-plus pricing.

The total capital divided by the number of churros de platano, the

entrepreneurs got Php 10.00 (using penetration pricing). Then, multiply it by 25%, the

entrepreneurs expected profit for each food item will be sold would be Php 2.50.

3. Distribution Strategy

On the day of the bazaar in Vinzons, Camarines Norte, the business owners will

distribute it to the students of Vinzons Pilot High School, which will determine whether

or not the staff will be expanded to other potential customers.

4. Promotional Strategy

Different product introduction and promotion tactics should be used to

reach the target market. This could be accomplished successfully by leveraging suitable media

Facebook, and Tiktok. Additionally, entrepreneurship can distribute flyers so that people can

learn more about the goods.

The marketing staffs, tasked with maintaining the existing online accounts,

regularly update the website by publishing digital flyers that advertise the various features of the

product. Facebook serves as a promotional platform by fostering interaction with the target

market. This includes the cost of the product, promotions, and sales, as well as a sneak peek at

the packaging. More images of the product will be displayed through Instagram. It will make

sure that the images people see online match what they actually get in reality. The business

TikTok account will frequently release sets of promotional videos, including a number of

commercials.

Additionally, the teams will offer fliers to increase local residents' awareness of

the market. In this way, kids can become acquainted with the current business and the best way

to buy the product. Flyer production costs are high, but they are anticipated to be worthwhile

because they will help to introduce and promote the product.

Our operation plan is to mainly provide our customers a service that comes from the

heart.

Our strategy is to make people interested with the product that we are selling. We will be

encouraging them to buy or try churos for it has something that is new to their taste. The purpose

of our business is to introduce new flavors of churros that people will love. We can also make

sales and deals in special days.

Our team also decide to create a page in platforms like Facebook and Instagram to attract

more customers and to promote our product. We will also include all the important details in our

profile for them to easily check or know how to contact us.

As for the budgeting, we have an estimated amount of ₱2000 to buy the ingredients and

all the things that we will need in the making of churros. We are handling the money to the

finance just to make sure that we have a proper budgeting in the business and to avoid shortage.

We are going to organize everything to be able to succeed this operation plan and be one

of the best local business owner.
