9.Multi-heads combination printing examples

Normal Printing

Example1: The first line comes out earlier than the second line.

Figure 1

When multi-heads combination printing shows effect as Figure1, the first line comes out
earlier than the second line. Ways of how to adjust it to normal effect:
1. Stop printing and keep conveyor speed and printer speed unchanged.
2. Check print head, keep print head vertical with stand and keep parallel with conveyor
belt.
3. Settings- Print settings- Spray settings- Offset Value.
4. Offset is the value of distance from start point to second line. If the first line comes out
earlier than the second line. Need reduce offset value.

17
Example2: The first line comes out later than the second line.

Figure 2

When multi-heads combination printing shows effect as Figure2, the first line comes out later
than the second line. Ways of how to adjust it to normal effect:
1. Stop printing and keep conveyor speed and printer speed unchanged.
2. Check print head, keep print head vertical with stand and keep parallel with conveyor
belt.
3.Settings- Print settings- Spray settings- Offset Value.
4.Offset is the value of distance from start point to second line. If the first line comes out later
than the second line. Need increase offset value.

Example3: A blank line in combination printing.

Figure 3

When multi-heads combination printing shows effect as Figure3, there is a blank line in
printing. Ways of how to adjust it to normal effect:
1. Stop printing and keep conveyor speed and printer speed unchanged.
2. Check print head. Make total part of print head rotate clockwise slightly. And keep print
head vertical with stand and keep parallel with conveyor belt.

18
Example4: Two lines have coincident part in combination printing

Figure 4
When multi-heads combination printing shows effect as Figure4: Two lines have coincident
part. Ways of how to adjust it to normal effect:
1. Stop printing and keep conveyor speed and printer speed unchanged.
2. Check print head. Make total part of print head rotate counterclockwise slightly. And keep
print head vertical with stand and keep parallel with conveyor belt.

Correct procedures of operation:

① Install all parts on conveyor, connect power cable and connect cable between controller
and nozzle, insert ink cartridge, and turn on machine at last.
② Edit message and save it
③ Choose file need to print ( Edit -- Manage File -- Load File), message need print will show
on main menu.
⑤ Click Print (Print will be red Printing) means to start printing
⑥ Test speed and sensor position first. Should fix two factors, conveyor speed and sensor
position. If printing is too narrow, please add machine speed value. If printing words is too
wide, please reduce machine speed value. (If connect external encoder, then no need to
adjust speed.)
⑦ Click Print again in the menu (it becomes white again), printing work is complete.
⑧ Turn off: Shut down - OK - Press right side button after screen is off.
