SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY RESOLUTION

NO. 9 SERIES OF 2022

A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE SHIELA MARIE F. BANIQUED,

MEMBER, SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF PANGASINAN, FOR THE PROVISION OF FIFTY
(50) PIECES OF MONOBLOCK CHAIRS

WHEREAS, Barangay Talibew is in need of additional monoblock chairs to be utilized

during various meetings and gatherings in the barangay as well as during funeral wake of our
barriomates;

WHEREAS, Barangay Talibaew is in dearth of funds for the purchase of additional

monoblock chairs and its officials have no recourse than seek for financial assistance from the
provincial officials for the realization of the said objective

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay ___________ and duly

Seconded by all members present, it was;

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved, to earnestly request the Honorable Shiela Marie F.

Baniqued, Member, Sangguniang Panlalawigan of pangasinan, for the provision of Fifty (50)
pieces of monoblock chairs.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to all concerned for
their perusal and consideration.
