IMPORTANCE:
Intramurals are a great way to increase student engagement by providing students with
opportunities to interact socially with their peers, which fosters a sense of belonging, positive mental health,
and greater engagement in both academic and non-academic activities. It is also a perfect opportunity to
highlight Camaraderie, Sportsmanship, and Talent. School is a place where students are nurtured toward
becoming responsible and productive members of society.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
The main objectives of the Intramurals are to provide fun, enjoyment and recreation to students. It
helps to identify the talent among one's classmates. It develops social values such as honesty, discipline,
cooperation and sympathetic attitude. Variety of opportunities provide good leadership skills. Participation
in intramurals also helps students further develop their social skills, co-operation, teamwork, physical
literacy, and overall health.

Guidelines for Mister Little Sports Ambassador and Miss Little


Sports Ambassadress (Elementary)
Mister and Miss Intramurals (Junior High School and Senior High
School)
Over-All Guidelines

1. The candidates should be a bona fide Student of Infant Jesus De Providencia Learning and
Development Center Inc.
2. Each team must only have one male and one female representative for the pageant.
3. The candidates per team shall have two assisstant who will accompany the candidates
during their scheduled rehearsals, other related activities and until the pageant proper.
4. The organizing committee has the right to call the attention of the candidates in cases of
any untoward behaviour that would cause disturbance of the scheduled activity.
5. Candidates should have no records of minor and major offenses in the schools.
6. Candidates must not have any titles earned in previous school pageants.

Production Number
Mechanics:

 The Candidates will be given unified steps that will be presented during the pageant, any
form of revision is highly prohibited with corresponding sanctions.
 Candidates should wear their team official shirt color with logo and white pants only. They
can also add minimal form of extra details and accessories.
 Presentation of candidates will be on production number but the coordinators prohibit the
use of derogatory words against other teams.

Talent Portion
Mechanics:
 Candidates can perform their Talent by pair.
 Only 2 back-up dancers are allowed
 They are given only 3 minutes to showcase their chosen talents including preparation of
props etc.
 Animals and hazardous materials are not allowed.
 Tribal outfit and topless is prohibited.

Creativity and originality 30%
Stage Presence & overall performance 20%

Sports Attire
Mechanics:

 Candidates can present their sports attire by pair.


 There should be no back-up dancers aside from the props men if the candidates need
assistance.
 Stunts and accident-prone activities are prohibited.
 Animals and hazardous materials are not allowed.
 Tribal outfit and topless is prohibited.

Formal and Long Gown


Mechanics:

 Candidates should showcase their Formal and Long Gown by pair.


 Each Pair should present their Formal and Long Gown as to prescribed locations and
limited time of 2 minutes by the coordinator.
 The color of the long gown should represent the teams’ color.

Overall Impact- 10%

Question and Answer Portion


Mechanics:

 The questions general topic will be given to the candidates prior to the pageant day.
 Answer coaching is highly prohibited
 Booing and degrading from the opposing teams during this category will be sanctioned
 Candidates will only be given a maximum of 3 minutes to answer the question.

Projection and Delivery- 30%
Overall Impact- 10%
AMAZING RACE MECHANICS
1. All teams (Red Warriors, Blue Eagles, Yellow Tigers, Green Archers) must have 10 members to
participate.
2. There are 8 stations to finish.
3. Before starting, the facilitators will give each team the sequence of stations they need to finish
during the race.
4. Each team must finish every activity in every station to move to the next station.
5. The team that will finish the race first will be the winner.
6. In case there are two winners, there is an extra station. The first one to finish is the winner.

CHEER/ YELL COMPETITION


GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS
Basic Information

1.The competition will be held on OCTOBER 21,2022 last day of Intramurals at Infant Jesus de
Providencia Learning and Development Center Inc. Amphitheatre.
2.There will be no registration fee.

General Guidelines

1.The competition is open to all teams.


2.Each team should be composed of minimum of ten (10) members each.
3.Each participating team shall submit a lyric or script five (5) minutes before the
performances begin.
4.The use of drums and other instruments are allowed.
5.The performance must at least one (2) minute and shall not exceed two (3) minutes.
6.The committee has prepared official timer to take note of time consumed by each team.
