Guarantees and Warranty 质保: The warranty will be within 12 months starting from the date of bill of lading or 2000 working hours. The warranty will finish by

anyone figure of these two achieved. The detail of the warranty should follow <<XCMG Warranty Term>>.The Seller warrants that all commodities provided shall

be free from defects in material and workmanship, of the highest quality, and shall comply in all aspects with the Chinese standards relating to the commodities. The

Seller further warrants that the goods are wholly new and contain new components and parts throughout and free and clear of all liens. The Seller's liability in any

case is expressly limited to the replacement (in the form originally shipped) of any part thereof, not complying with the contract, or, at the Seller 's option, to the

repair or replacement of the equipment or repayment of the Buyer with an amount equal to the purchase price of such equipment for confirmed breach of warranties

or negligence.

The Seller shall not be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses, directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling or use of the equipment,

or from any other cause relating thereto.

质保时间为提单之日起 12 个月或 2000 工作小时，以先到为准。保修的详细内容应遵循《徐工集团保修条款》。卖方保证所提供的所有产品均应无任何

材料和工艺上的缺陷，具有最高质量，并且在所有方面均遵守与该商品相关的中国标准。卖方进一步保证，这些货物均为全新的，并且自始至终都包含

新的零部件，且没有任何留置权。卖方责任明示仅限于以下部分：1.不符合合同要求的部分给予更换 2.卖方因疏忽或过失造成的产品瑕疵卖方可以选择

维修或更换，或买方以同等价格购买相同产品。卖方对设备的销售，处理或使用或任何其他与之相关的直接或间接损失，损害费用卖方概不负责。

Overseas service 海外服务能力: If foreign service needed, we can send service engineer to the project site to provide installation，commissioning and training on

operation, maintenance and troubleshoot. The buyer should pay for the expenses of service engineer to be incurred abroad including round-trip air tickets, local

transportation fees and living fees (food and accommodation) in buyer’s country. In addition, the buyer shall also pay the engineer a labor cost of 300

USD/day/person. Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. will be responsible for after sales service and support according to warranty policy

of XCMG.
