I am writing to complain about the
malfunctioning of the TV that I purchased recently from one of your outlets in Yerevan.
My name is Hasmik Arzunyan and I am one
of the loyal customers of your company. I often purchase electronic items from your showroom situated in Komitas, as I live very close to it. It has been more than two years since I started buying from your store. However, this time I am extremely dissatisfied. On November 1, 2022, I bought a TV “Samsung 25381” at the “VLV Armenia” located at 24/6 Komitas ave. I paid $1100 for the TV on my credit card. “VLV” delivered the TV to my home on November 3, 2022.
Unfortunately, your product is defective.
Although the picture quality of the LED is magnificent, its sound system is not working in a good condition. Hence, I am not able to hear any voice even after increasing the volume option to the maximum level. Since this LED is under the guarantee period, I would like you to send an experienced technician to solve this problem.
Also, I request you to refund me the full
amount that I paid if he is unable to provide satisfactory solution within three working days. I look forward to hearing from you.
