As building literacy is our collective responsibility, so too is improving the
quality of our school facilities and environment, so we should build bridges between
the school and community.

All the project innovations and school PPAs as reflected in the school’s
BELCOP aimed to create a positive atmosphere and motivating environment for
stakeholders in forging their support to school PPAs and to encourage stakeholders
to participate in accomplishing PPA’s, and to rally stakeholders to support the
different proposed school improvement projects. One of the target projects for this
school year is to generate resources or encourage sponsors to donate or finance the
10 circular (bilog) shaped plantboxes for 10-grown bougainvillea in front of the
school and the construction of BSP GSP logo infront of Flagpole area.
Through this proposed project, continuous improvement of the learning
environment and school facilities will be achieved through the support and
cooperation of the people in the community to accomplish school improvement of
physical facilities for the benefit of the school clientele.

ensure the standards of the school facilities.

This innovation aims to:

1. provide child-friendly school environment through continuous school

improvement;
2. provide protection of plants, preserve soil nutrients, conserve water and
prevent soil erosion

5.5 Project Monitoring and Evaluation

The overall approach in monitoring the project requires a wide effort of
coordination by the school and stakeholders. Such coordination calls for periodic

providing necessary support to allow the school and stakeholders to achieve the
objectives of the project. The monitoring scheme of this project includes 1)
reporting and feedback giving through SMEA; 2) coordination meetings, and 3)
