Guidance on the new Management

Systems approval marks

Our approval marks have been updated to align with the For the single and multi-standard marks, you can see that
new brand. As before we have three types of approval we have two variations
mark for management systems:
1. Positive – with a white background
2. Reverse – with a black background

Single standard marks Clients can choose which version suits their needs better.
Black and white is the preferred option, but as previously,
clients can replace the black for one block colour in line
with their brand identity. The elements that are currently
white should stay white and not changed to any other
colour or transparent.

Combined LR and Accreditation body marks

Multi-standard marks

The combined LR and Accreditation body marks have only

been created in the positive version as this balances better
with the accreditation marks.

We have updated the Client Information Notes about the

use of the approval mark, which can be shared with
clients.

Print, Screen and Vehicle marks

Within Livelink, you can find a number of images for each

standard or multi-standard mark:

• Anything marked ‘CMYK’ is for use in print

• A larger ‘CMYK’ version has also been
produced for use on vehicles.
• Anything marked ‘RGB’ is for use on screen

You will also see two file types:

• JPEG is for general use

• EPS is a Vector file, which can be resized without
any loss of quality and is typically used by graphic
designers

If you receive any questions from clients about how long

they can use their existing marks, please reassure them
that they can continue to use these marks throughout
their current certification cycle.
