ASYNCHRONOUS ACTIVITY

1. Look for Fibonacci Numbers in Fruits, Vegetables, Flowers, or Plants available in your
locality. Write a report about your obtained results.
- Sampaguita: (0,1,1,2,3,5)
- Calamansi: (0,1,1,2,3,5)
- Banana: (0,1,1,2,3)
- Orange: (0,1,1,2,3,5,8)

2. Give an example of golden ratio for the following (at least one of each)

A. Nature
B. Human Body

C. Art
3. What is the relationship of Fibonacci sequence and Golden ratio.

- The golden ratio is approximately equal to 1.618. It is derived by dividing each

number of the Fibonacci series by its immediate predecessor. Moreover, as we
increase our start position in the Fibonacci sequence, we find that the middle
number approaches the golden ratio times the smaller number, and the larger
number is the golden ratio times the middle number.
