member assigned to the Wee PC line of handheld computers. Monica has performed very
well over the last six months, even though the line hasn't lived up to expectations, and you
have recently promoted her to Engineering Team Leader. It is your responsibility to help
Monica through the appropriate process of learning her new role in the organization.
