Subject : Offer Letter for job of Business Development Manager .

We are pleased to offer you the position of Business Development Manager (ingrade of 2 nd line
manager) for Bhopal region in our start up organization Livewell Biosciences Inc. as your Head
Quarter wef 1st October 2020.
You will be responsible for the Sales, Work performance of entire 5districts , appointment & sales
monitoring of enthusiastic, result oriented Field Sales Executives and min.4 financially sound
Distributors across assigned territory.
You will get Rs75,000 (Seventy five Thousand only) as your consolidated salary per month which
will be functional after appointment of atleast 1 distributor worth min. Rs.5 lacs or
worth Rs.10 lacs against advance payment only.
Your Field
allowances will be as under-
Rs.240 per day for Hq / Ex-hq.
Rs.850 per day for Outstation
TA- Rs.2.40 per km.
Rs.500 pm mobile allowance.
Your appointment will be on probationary period for the first 3 months. If you can achieve a primary
sales of Rs.5 lacs for consecutive 3 months and repeating the same figures of Rs.5 lacs from
same set of first 5 distributors in second or third month, we can preconfirm your job and all authorities
including recruitments, monitoring, incentives etc. will be assigned to you.Your salary will be reviewed
after a period of 3 months and thereafterevery 12 months. You shall receive your salary before the
5th of every month.
You will be entitled for PF, Health Insurance & other benefits only after your confirmation. You will
ensure that you will work with your full potential and enthusiasm.
A detailed appointment letter will be issued to you at the time of joining and submission of
following documents within 7 days of joining.
1. Educational Certificates duly attested by the Government Authority.
2.Experience certificate of previous companies.
3.Current Salary slip
4. Relieving letter of your previous employer.
