5-10g ROASTED PEANUTS
1g CINNAMON

LUNCH PANEER & VEGES


70g PANEER
HALF CUP GREEN BELL PAPER
HALF CUP BROCCOLI ( OR CAULIFLOWER)
2 ONION
2 SP TOMATO

SNACK SOYA & ROTI / RICE


40G SOY CHUNK
1 LARGE ROTI / 80g RICE or HALF CUP
HALF CUP CHICKPEAS
2sp ONION
1sp TOMATO
1sp KETCHUP
SALT/PEPPER/GARLIC POWER

BEDTIME MILK
1 CUP MILK NON FAT
2 GREEN CARDAMOM
2 CLOVES
PINCH CINNAMON
20G ALMONDS (crushed)

INSTRUCTION :-
1 Drink 3-4 liters of water.
2 Drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day.
3 1 Diet Coke is ok
4 Some time you can use Lentils and Black channe instead of chikpeas and Kidney beans.
5 Have Walnuts once or twice a week instead of peanuts or almonds.
6 Eat salad twice a day if possible (Cucumber, Tomato, Lettuce, Carrots).
