BREAKFAST SHAKE
Half Medium Size Banana
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
100 ml Almond/Soya Milk
Pinch of Cinnamon
Ice Cube
BEDTIME MILK
1 CUP MILK NON FAT
2 GREEN CARDAMOM
2 CLOVES
PINCH CINNAMON
20G ALMONDS (crushed)
INSTRUCTION :-
1 Drink 3-4 liters of water.
2 Drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day.
3 1 Diet Coke is ok
4 Some time you can use Lentils and Black channe instead of chikpeas and Kidney beans.
5 Have Walnuts once or twice a week instead of peanuts or almonds.
6 Eat salad twice a day if possible (Cucumber, Tomato, Lettuce, Carrots).
