 The best thing that ever happened to me

Today I consider that the best thing that has happened to me in my life is when I
started to live more, meet good people I like, when I started to get out of my comfort
zone and that's since a couple of years ago, maybe the pandemic influenced me to
change my way of seeing many things in life and made me see that I was wasting a
lot of my time.
Currently I have very good friends who I consider great people, my goals motivate
me too much to excel from the limits that I thought I had until I realized otherwise, to
be studying a career that I like too much as it is organizational psychology was not
my first choice at the time I made the decision of my future studies and today I am
grateful to be in this career that I am passionate about every day.
The good things it has brought to the rest of my life are by far the best things that
have happened to me.

Although if I have to mention an anecdote that I consider a very special and beautiful
moment is when I was 10 years old and my family and I went on our first family
vacation, it is not really the first one, but it is the one I have the best memory of
because the ones I had when I was younger I don't remember almost anything.
On this vacation my parents took me and my siblings to the United States for the first
time, specifically we went to an amusement park in Houston with some relatives who
lived there and I didn't know. I consider it special because I had so much fun during
the whole week that we stayed there at the house of one of these relatives and I
lived with cousins my age that I was just getting to know.
These vacations are marked in my memory for how special each of the days there
were, and that at that time of my childhood everything was happiness and games, in
the evenings we stayed up late talking, playing, watching movies all together and I
think this made me more the sense of family togetherness.
