Minced meat and cheese lasagna


This is a classic lasagna recipe with meat bolognese and béchamel sauce is full of
flavor and made with delicious layers of meat, sauce and cheese. Lasagna is a
complete dish and you can accompany it with a light side dish, such as a salad, and
a glass of wine. This way you could make a simple and romantic dinner or perfect
for a special occasion with family or friends.
the ingredients needed are:

• 3 tablespoons olive oil


• 1 cup onion, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
• 1 cup celery, finely chopped
• 1 cup carrot, finely diced
• 1 cup tomato, diced small
• 500 grams of ground beef
• to taste salt
• to taste of pepper
• 1/2 cup tomato puree
• 1/2 cup red wine
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• to taste salt
• enough lasagna pasta
• enough water
• to taste of salt
• enough manchego cheese, in slices

Preparation:
For the meat, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the onion, garlic,
celery, carrot, carrot, tomato and beef; add the red wine, tomato puree, thyme,
oregano, bay leaf and season with salt and pepper; cook for 20 minutes until the
liquid evaporates. Set aside.
For the béchamel sauce, in a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add
the flour, brown for a few minutes and add the milk; season with white pepper, salt
and nutmeg. Cook for 5 minutes until thickened and set aside.
For the pasta, heat the water in a pot until it boils, add enough salt and cook the
pasta sheets for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
To assemble the lasagna, place a layer of pasta, a layer of bechamel sauce, a layer
of meat and a layer of cheese, repeat the steps until the mold is full, finish with a
layer of cheese and bake for 20 minutes. Cut and serve.
