● Visit a supermarket or a wet market near you and do the following:
● List down the market forms of poultry being sold
● Take note of the appearance, color, odor and its cuts
● Identify the different cuts of poultry sold in the market.
● Take photos for documentation.
● Make a report of your activity
● Submit your report in a short bond paper

As what I watched at the market, the poultry that


they are offering are new and prepared to cook.
They cut diverse parts of the chicken. There are
drumsticks, thigh, wing mid-section, breast
quarters, chicken wings. They offer all sorts of cuts
but there's entire chicken too. The cuts are well
done. For estimating the price the whole chicken in
P220, and the drumsticks, thigh, wing mid, breast
quarters, chicken wing prices are just playing in
P50- P220 per kilo. A few stores have higher costs
and a few were the same. The chicken is pinky and
I really see that the chicken is fresh and new to the
market. I barely smell the chicken due to its
freshness. That's what I saw in the public markets
in Davao.
