MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS ATTORNEY OF RECORD

TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE PRESIDING:

COME NOW PATRICK WILSON, DAVID CHAVEZ, AND LUIS YAÑEZ

attorneys of record for Respondent, YVONNE ROSALES, in the above entitled and

numbered cause, and would respectfully move this Honorable Court to enter an order

permitting them to withdraw as Attorneys of Record for the above individual, and in

support of such motion, the undersigned counsel would respectfully show the Court the

following order:

I.

1. Defense Counsel and Respondent have developed a conflict between the

Attorney/Client relationship, which cannot be resolved.

2. Such Attorney/Client relationship has reduced the ability of present

counsel to provide adequate representation and represent the Respondent in the above

styled and numbered criminal action.

 3. Said conflict renders an ongoing Attorney/Client relationship impossible.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE PREMISES CONSIDERED, Defense Counsel respectfully pray

the Court grants this Motion to Withdraw releasing them as Attorneys of Record for

YVONNE ROSALES, and that an order be entered releasing them of all further

responsibility in connection with this case because of the above-stated reasons.

ORDER ON MOTION TO WITHDRAW

On this the ____ day of ____________, 2022, came on to be considered the above
and foregoing Motion to Withdraw filed herein by attorney PATRICK WILSON,
DAVID CHAVEZ, AND LUIS YAÑEZ seeking leave of Court to be removed as
attorney of record for the above-named Respondent. The Court, after having duly
considered the same, and finding that there is an irreparable conflict between the
Attorney/Client relationship in this case finds that said Motion has merit and should be
well taken.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that PATRICK
