Self of man defines individualism as a profound and unshakeable trust in one’s

own intuitions. Embracing this view of individualism, he asserts, can revolutionize
society, not through a sweeping mass movement, but through the transformation of one
life at a time and through the creation of leaders capable of greatness. Emphasizes the
importance of trusting one’s own conscience, only by doing so can one realistically
expect to maintain one’s personal integrity. Everyone is constantly faced by social
pressures to conform and follow a path that other people have established. While this
option may seem easier or cause one less inner anguish, unthinking adherence to other
people’s ideas and expectations will rarely yield good results. The only purpose is the
want for people to avoid conformity. Self of man is in order for a man to truly be a man,
he was to follow his own conscience and "do his own thing. Essentially, do what you
believe is right instead of blindly following society. Man is an individualism as a
profound and unshakeable trust in one’s own intuitions. The reason man does not
experience his true cultural self is that until he experiences another self as valid he has
little basis validating is own self.
Man has self-identity crisis because we cannot tell the true story behind them. It’s hard
for man because they will always find those who think they know what your duty is better than
you know yourself. In general, I think it’s wise to be self-critical. But I also believe that in the
deepest sense we must trust our instincts and have the courage to put our ideas out into the
world.  After all, the world’s greatest thinkers and leaders had the courage to hear themselves
and to follow their convictions, without concerning themselves overly about tradition and what
others might think. They taught themselves to ignore the doubt, and their ideas resonated with
the world because they reflected a truth that others had sensed privately as well. Still, it can be
hard to feel sure of ourselves particularly as our personal failures accumulate. And yet we must
be brave enough to follow through on our ideas.
