Affer delivering all the items to directly to the Purchaser (Establishment of Shaheed M Medical College and 500-Bedded Second Party shall collect the Accey same to the First Party. Article 3: Financial Aspects 3.1 ; Second Party shall pay 4.00% of the total contracted price to the First Party as ProfivDividend/Service Charge collecting from the foreign supplier. In this regard, the First Party will provide the necessary documents, if required. 3.2. Commission and related expenses against Bank Guarant Purchaser shall be bome by the Second Party. If Second Pa Party (subject to receiving advance from the Purchaser), Guarantee for the given amount of money to First Party, 3.3. If Second Party needs any additional mentioned in contract, Second Party shall bear those additional expenses. First Party shall not be {esponsible for paying such expenditure tothe Second Party. 3.4. VAT, Tax, Custom Duties, ATV and other Import Duties/Taxes shall be paid by the first Party, 3.5.7. CRF shall be hired by the Second Party, 35.8. Local Transportation cost shall be paid by the Second Party. 3.59. Allother related cost (any) shall be paid by the Second Paty, 3.10. BIN/VAT Registration No. shall be provided by the Second Pury le 4: Warranty and After-sales Servi 4.1, Second Party shall provide and ensure 01 (one) warranty against the supplied Equipment & other Instruments with necessary accessories mentioned in schedule 1 of this agreement, 43.If any fault in the equipmenvinstrument is observed during warranty period, Second Party shall be ‘sponsible to make the faulty equipmentinstument serviceable at their expense. Ifthe Second Party cannot make the faulty equipmenvinstrument serviceable, they (Second Purty) shall replace the unserviceable equipmenvinstrument within 90 days, 45, At least O5 years back up service (including warranty Period) has to be ensured by the supplier forall 4.6.
