 THE PROTOCOL

1. The child will be admitted in Nursery at the age of 3.5 years, for other classes
admission test is KG-I. issuance of this form does not guarantee admission.
2. Pupils suffering from contagious or infectious diseases shall not be permitted to
attend the school on hygienic reasons.
3. The intended withdrawal of a pupil should be notified in writing by the parent /
guardian one month in advance or in lieu one month fee will be charged.
4. Transport arrangement exists through the contractors available at the school. It
must be noted that the school does not stand responsible for any incident or
accident out side the school.
5. Tuition fee should be paid by the 10th of every month. After 10th a levy of Rs. 10/-
per day is charged. After 30th of the name of the student will be struck of the roll.
Re-admission requires payment of Rs. 1500/- in addition to clearance of all the
dues.

I agree that my child will abide by all the protocols of the school as set by the
administration. All information provided is correct to the best of my knowledge. I will
also cooperate with school administration in all matters related to my child.
