7. Construction Planning Methodology
7.1. Schedule Assumptions
Divide 56 Challets to 6 groups.
The first group will start is behind the street.
Link all groups sequential with 20 days lag approxmitly.
Start from earh work Excavation, Replacement and continues to concrete skeleton then
finsh work with overlap between activities.
7.2. Structure Works
1. Shuttering for P.C. Foundation.
2. R.C. Footings & GB Shuttering/steel fix will start after replacement work.
3. Shuttering for R.C. Columns Shall Start after finishing RC footings & GB
activity.
4. Waterproofing insulation & Back filling will start after finish masonry of
2 n d floor.
5. Shuttering for R.C. Slab Shall Start after finishing RC Columns activity.

1. Finishing Works will start with Masonry activity that shall start once the
scaffolding dismantling of each floor starts.
2. Plastering works for ducts, plaster preparation for internal wills will start after

3. Finishing & MEP Activities will start after plaster prep. /Fill
