7. Construction Planning Methodology  
7.1. Schedule Assumptions 

 
 Divide 56 Challets to 6 groups. 
 The first group will start is behind the street. 
 Link all groups sequential with 20 days lag approxmitly. 
 Start from earh work Excavation, Replacement and continues to concrete skeleton then 
finsh work with overlap between activities. 

7.2. Structure Works  
 
1. Shuttering for P.C. Foundation. 
2. R.C. Footings & GB Shuttering/steel fix will start after replacement work. 
3. Shuttering for R.C. Columns Shall Start after finishing RC footings & GB 
activity. 
4. Waterproofing insulation & Back filling will start after finish masonry of 
2 n d  floor.  
5. Shuttering for R.C. Slab Shall Start after finishing RC Columns activity.
