Airborne Transfer
According to WHO" In the context of COVID-19, the
airborne transmission may be possible in specific circum-
stances and settings in which procedures or support
treatments that generate aerosols are performed". Some
theories also suggest that when virus carriers sneeze
and/or cough they spray out 100µm droplets that contain
viruses and bacteria. Though a majority of these drops on
the floor or on fomites, micro droplets can evaporate and
turn into droplet nuclei with <5µm and can stay suspended
in the air for months without proper air ventilation. The virus
together with smaller particles can "piggyback" on larger
dust particles or droplets and travel though a building from
one room to another thought an undisinfected air duct and
AHU.

Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers).
