Power Electronics
The Power Electronics includes an inverter and a DC/DC converter. The
inverter converts the direct current of the battery into the three-phase
alternating current that is required by the electric motor. During recuperation,
the power electronics converts the alternating current generated by the
electric motor into direct current, and thus charges the battery. The DC/DC
supplies the 12 Volt boardnet of the hybrid and electric vehicles with power,
which makes the 12 Volt alternator redundant.

Axle Drive
This product is a highly integrated Electric Drive System with
inverter, electric machine and reducer. Reduced efforts at
customer for integration, sourcing, Validation. Scalability through
variable rotor/stator length and gear Ratio. High power density
provides compact packaging

Smart Actuator Platform

The Smart Actuator Platform (SmAP) is designed as a modular platform
for peripheral devices for transmissions. It can be designed as a clutch
actuator, a pump for transmission lubrication or transmission cooling.
Based on application field, an electric motor, electronics and housing
are selected out of a standard range. By that, the SmAP can be easily
adapted to the different customer requirements.
