Dear parents and guardians,

Provided below are the organizational procedures for the 1st term exams according to the educational and health protocols
applied within the school premises.

1- Attendance is mandatory for all the students and there will be no exceptions.
2- The only acceptable excuse will be for those who have medical excuses from the ministry of education.
3- Exams are not allowed to be conducted through Classera.
4- The exams are paper based.
5- The absentees will be tested according to the resetting exam schedule.

 ‫السالم عليكم ورحمة هللا وبركاته‪ ،‬تحية طيبة وبعد‪,‬‬
‫السادة األفاضل المكرمين أولياء األمور أسعد هللا أوقاتكم بكل خير‪ ,‬نحيطكم عل ًما بأن هناك تعليمات وتنظيمات خاصة باالختبارات ستطبق بإذن هللا تعالى وفق اللوائح‬
‫والقوانين ووفق البروتوكوالت الصحية والتعليمية المعمول بها‬
‫وقد قررت إدارة مدارس هالي العالمية – حسب هذه األنظمة – ما يلي‪:‬‬
‫‪ -1‬أن االختبارات الخاصة بنهاية الفصل الدراسي االول ستكون حضوريّا‪ ،‬وال يستثنى أحدٌ من الطالب‪.‬‬
‫‪ -2‬االستثناء الوحيد المقبول لعدم االختبار حضوريّا هو ألصحاب الشهادات المرضيّة واألعذار الطبيّة‬
‫الصادرة من وزارة الصحة‬
‫‪ -3‬لن يُسمح بأداء االختبارات عن طريق كالسيرا‪.‬‬
‫‪ -4‬أن هذه االختبارات ستكون ورقيّة‪.‬‬
‫أن الطالب المتغيّب عن االختبارات سوف تُعاد له االختبارات وفقا للجدول الدور الثاني ‪.‬‬
