Manual steps that can be automated in the system are -

1. Investigation manager reviews the New records then create appropriate task for the different teams, after
task creation investigation record can automatically moved to ‘Tasks assigned’ status
2. With the creation of strategy document , strategy team member moves the investigation record to
completed, this can be automated as by the creation of strategy document investigation record automatically
moves to ‘Completed’ status
