1.What is Communication?

-communication is a process which information is exchanged from sender to receiver through a common
system of symbol signs or behavior in resulting interpretation of meaning in both ends. It also transmit
ideas and emotions between two or more person with the use of verbal and non-verbal.

2.What are the elements of communication?

-the elements of communication are context, sender, receiver, message, channel/medium, feedback,
encoding, decoding, noise.

3.Give( 1) example of communication.

*One evening I message my friend through messenger and this is what happened.
*I asked my friend if she's okay about her studies.
*She instantly replied that she is not okay and she felt sad because of too much pressure cause by too
much homeworks.
*I told her that everything that happening in her life is just normal. I also told her that it's okay to felt
pressured about her studies because all students need to be pressured (just a little) in order to be ready
in the future.
*She replied that she's agreeing with me that all students need to be pressured in order to be ready in
the future.
*I advice her not to worry about anything instead pray about everything.
*She told me that she's thankful for having me as her friend and she's very grateful that I care about her.
