for creating an account
1. You must register with your corporate or professional email address

You must register with your corporate or professional e-mail address which is used by your company, institution

or organization. The following e-mail addresses are not acceptable.

1. Group email address

Inacceptable 2. Free email address such as @hotmail.com or @gmail.com, etc.

If you don’t have an acceptable e-mail address, you cannot create an account via Voucher Express. In
that case, please send an inquiry to the Prometric Test Ticket (Voucher) Center

2. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes to complete the application.

Your application will be approved within 5 business days (* 1) and once
it is approved, your account registration is completed.

(*1) Business days mean weekdays except Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays and New Year holidays in Japan

(*2) It takes also 5 business days to notify if your application is not approved due to a registration error

Click the "New" button at the bottom of the “New Users”

※You cannot register by company name. Please be sure to enter the full name of the person in charge

If you do not have an acceptable email address, please contact the Test Ticket (Voucher) Center directly before starting the
application:

• Confirm Email Address：Enter the same email address again

• Unsername： 6～15 letters ※You must use English alphabet characters and numbers only
You cannot use characters like: ! @ $ % & User name is not case sensitive

• Password：8～25 letters

The password must contain at least one upper case letter, lower case letter, number, and symbol. First name, last name or user
name cannot be used

• 1 ~ 6 Security Question and 1 ~ 6 Answers to the Security Question: Select 6 questions and enter answers
This information is used for verification to reset the user name and password if you forget them

• Image authentication: Enter the code as shown

• Click the “Register” button after completing input
STEP3：Questions

Do not use the “Abort” or the”Back” buttons on browser or close browser before completing this
section. If you make a mistake to executing these commands, the registration may not be
completed successfully.

You will be asked few questions that are required to answer for the registration

Please click the link in the email and proceed to enter the activation code.

• Click the ”Activate” button

• Test Center：Enter Prometric test center ID（If you are a representative of the test center）

STEP10：Account application complete *you cannot order vouchers yet

A screen will appear informing you that you are currently awaiting approval. Once your account is approved
within 5 business days, email notification will be send and your account registration will be completed.
（Note：You can not order vouchers yet）
If there are no deficiencies in your application, it will be approved within 5 business days and you will
be able to order vouchers after the approval

STEP11：Account registration complete

Account registration will be completed when you receive the following email (Subject: Prometric Voucher
Express Account Approval) from voucher.sales@prometric.com
