 Believe – to accept that something or someone’s words are true. You can believe a
person, or something that a person said: I believe her. Do you believe her story?
 Believe in – to have faith that something exists. You believe in something because you
have faith that it exists, even though you may never have seen or experienced it. Do you
believe in ghosts? Many people in the world believe in God.

Information ON/ABOUT/OF
 Information on something would be information that is really in-depth, and quite into
details. A book on biomedicine.
 Information about something is information that is a kind of summary about a subject:
A brochure about mechanics.
 Information of something - information belonging to something.

Send & To
 Send somebody something. We sent mom flowers for Mother’s Day.
 Send something TO somebody. I’ll send a copy to you.

Discuss = Talk about


 You can discuss something, or talk about it, but discuss about is nor correct
 You can have a conversation about, confer about, debate about or powwow about

 Check out means to check/see/investigate for the first time
 Check means that you already have been for example on the specific website

Matters for VS matters to


 Matters to is indicate someone who cares about an outcome or thinks that the outcome
is important. – It may not matter to you  Maybe you don’t think it’s important.
 Matters for is used to indicate someone or something which if affected by an outcome.
– It may not matter for you  You may not be affected by it.
