Same, In-Out, Crossover, Between Legs, Behind Back, Inside leg, Under dribble, Scissors, Pound-Between legs-Crossover, Pound-Between legs-Behind Back. To finish each drill, players will take two separational dribbles under partners extended arms and pivot/pass to partner. Communication Component: Players must switch basketballs with another player on our command. You can't switch with same person two times in a row. The basketballs can't die!!!

Players partner up and start on sideline. 1. Player 1 puts hands on player 2s shoulders while Player 1 drives up the floor thru the pressure. 2. Player 2 grabs Player 1s hips from behind and pulls back while Player 1 drives up court. 3. Player 1 takes power dribble stance and faces baseline. Player 2 puts forearm on Player 1s inside shoulder and gives contact. Player 1 then step-slides up the court. 4. Last series, Player 1 will be advancing the ball while Player 2 is trying to ride him out on his inside shoulder. Its Player 1s goal to cut into the path of Player 2 and veer behind him. Once there his goal is to stay on the inside position by keeping contact.

Tennis Ball Door Drill: Players will execute a tennis ball dribble series move stationary (Tossing the tennis ball in the air, executing a move. then catching). They will then throw the tennis ball to a partner on the coachs command. Explode to their partner, make the same move and snatch the tennis ball from partner. Go for thirty seconds. In-out, Crossover, Between legs, Behind Back. Elevate: Combo Moves.

Group Drill: Players will have two basketballs and must follow coaches commands. North-South-East-West. Players will switch from Two ball Pound, Alternate, Hi-Low.

Group Drill: Players will dribble one basketball while throwing a tennis ball to the ceiling and then catching. Pound dribble, Crossover, Between legs, Behind Back, In-out, Imagination dribbling. Use both hands.

Three ball dribbling drill: Players must go thru 10 Stationary-2 ball drills while keeping a third basketball alive. If the third ball dies at any point before they reach 10 drills, they must start all over.

While Dribbling roll the tennis ball towards half court. Speed dribble to tennis ball, come to complete stop, Snatch tennis ball and repeat. Add tight circle and tight circle-change directions. Use both hands

1 on 1 Live: Check the ball at half court. Player will have 3 to 4 dribbles to score. Limited to one shot and you must stay within the cones. Offense stays if they score.

Two cones on each side of the basket. Players will work on their last two steps, making sure they are long and low and that their finishes are in front of their body and underhand (pin and extend). After every player finishes on each side, the coach will gradually move the cones back until we reach the NBA 3pt arc.

Starting at the three point line and gradually working our way back to half court, players must finish at the basket in only one dribble. Use both hands! Add a second basketball to "Elevate"

Intensity Layups: Two chairs, one at each elbow with a basketball. Player 1 must sprint inside the chair, pick up the basketball and finish in one dribble. Then repeat on the opposite elbow. Player 1 must make 10 layups. During the drill, after each lay up the coach will gradually move the chairs back. On the last two reps the chairs will be at midcourt with the same rule of finishing in one dribble. Add second basketball to "Elevate". Player one must dribble another basketball the entire drill, dribble two basketballs to the rim, while finishing the basketball in his outside hand.

1 on 1. Offense and defense each have two basketballs. The boundaries are marked by cones. If the offense gets their shoulders past the defense they receive a point. If the defense forces the offense to change directions, lose the basketball or go out of bounds they receive a point. Play to seven, then change offense to defense.

Players will start on the baseline. One on offense with a basketball and the other on defense. Player one must dribble around a chair which is outside the 3pt arc, player 2 must sprint around a corresponding chair at the same distance from baseline. Then its live 1 on 1. You only get one shot. Offense stays if they score.

Two lines on the baseline. Players will execute a dribble move to the chair at top of the key, tap the chair with the basketball, square to the basket and execute a jab series move

Two lines on the baseline. Players will pass to coach on the wing, he will set basketball in chair, players will make a specific cut to the chair, pick up basketball-square up and execute a jab series move

Player 1 starts under the rim. He must find a way to get open, if he does the coach will deliver a pass. It's then 1 on 1 with a limit of three dribbles and one shot. Offense stays if they score. If Player 1 fails to get open within a time limit of five seconds, then his possession is over.

Player 1 and Player 2 start at opposite elbows. Ball is placed in chair in the middle of the lane. On command Player 1 and Player 2 must sprint to baseline, touch cone, then cut to ball. The first player to the basketball is on offense. It's live 1 on 1 from there. No shot limit. If you score, you stay on.

Starting at midcourt, player 1 will take a power dribble stance with his toes pointing to the sideline. Player 2 will provide intense defensive pressure with his forearm on the Player 1's inside shoulder. On "Go" Player 1 must create space and work his way to the bell at the top of the key without going outside the cones. Once the bell is reached, it's live 1 on 1 limited to one shot. If Player 1 goes outside the cones it's a turnover. Offensive player stays on if they score. Be aware of 5 second violation

Starting at the foul line, Player 1 and Player 2 will sprint and touch the cone on the baseline, then cut to the wing. The first player to the wing will recieve a pass from Coach, it's then live 1 on 1. Limit of 3 dribbles. Offense stays if they score. If there is no basket, then two new players will enter the drill. Mix up location of the cut/catch.

Players will work on various reads off of the Pin Down Screen: Curl, Flair, Fade, Zipper, The Steve Nash and the Reggie Miller. They will execute a Quick Catch Series move once they receive the basketball. "Elevate": Coach will direct players on which cut to use only once they arrive at the level of the screen to ensure a game speed read.

Three basketballs, each player with a ball. Player 1 will alternate passes with Player 2 and Player 3. After the tenth total pass, Player 1 will shoot. As soon as he lands he will recieve a pass from Player 2 and shoot. As he lands from his second shot, he will receive a pass from Player 3 and shoot. Player 1 will shoot from all five spots for a total of 15 shots. Then rotate players. Compete!!!

Three basketballs, each player with a ball. Player 1 will have his back to the basket and alternate passes with Player 2 and Player 3. After the tenth total pass, Player 1 will square and shoot. As soon as he lands he will turn and recieve a pass from Player 2 and square/shoot. As he lands from his second shot, he will turn and receive a pass from Player 3 and square /shoot. Player 1 will shoot from all five spots for a total of 15 shots. Then rotate players. Use both pivot feet. Compete!!!

Coach starts with basketball. Standing beside shooter whom is looking at the rim and in player ready position. Coach slams the ball into players shooting pocket and player shoots while coach swings his arm in front of players body in upward motion. Emphasis is to catch it high and keep it high and release elbow to eyebrow. If you dont your shot will be blocked or your elbow will be hit. Rotate through all five spots.

Shooter, Passer, Rebounder. Five spot shooting for 90 seconds. Shoot until you make a 3. Then at the same spot make a one dribble pull up to the right and then a one dribble pull up left. Now move to the next spot. Complete as many spots as you can in ninety seconds. Coach is contesting shots and having players work on staying low on their drives (Shoulder to hip)

Split into teams of 3 to 4. Start at half court, sprint to the 3pt line, shoot the 3 on the run. If you make it, keep shooting and return to half court each time. Play to 50 points. No dribbles. One point per pass and five points for made baskets. You change possessions on deflections, turnovers or missed shots. Points are accumulated on each possession. If you take a shot and miss it, then you lose all of your points and return to zero. Dont take a shot you can make, take a shot you cant miss. Rule: You can't pass to the same person, two times in a row.

Must complete a full 35 second defensive possession. An offensive rebound, score or foul resets the clock. The clock stops on defensive rebounds and any turnover or violation and then the offensive team resets the offense with the remaining time until a full 35 seconds has expired. Reads For the Dribbler to Score: 1. Turn the Corner (1. Runner, Floater, Finish at the Rim, Pullup) 2. Reject (dont use the screen: see defenders head turn or they try to force down) Nash Dribble Jab Killer Crossover Inside Out Dribble Double Cross 3. Split: if there is a gap between the screener and shower use a crossover to get through the gap. 4. Pocket Shot: defender goes under the screen. stop behind the screener for the 3 5. 2 Dribble Clear 6. Bounce Off (Defense Shows Hard and you bounce off/back then attack) 7. Steal the Spot/Veer: (Keep your defender on your hip as you come off the screen; curl cut but for a ball screen) This is a NBA move when the screeners defender does not show or your are forced down on a sideline pick and roll. 8. Rescreen: Go hard 2 dribbles off the ball screen and then get a rescreen from the big 9. Go 2 dribbles hard off the screen or bounce off 2 dribbles make an inside out dribble as the big is going to recover. 10. Hard Stop and Go: Go hard to the shower if they hard hedge, keep your dribble alive and defender on your hip.
