Name: Ganesh Simhadhri

Undergraduate course: Bachelor of business administration (BBA)

I have born in Telangana in the southern part of India and when it comes to my academic
background, I completed my 10th standard from Rainbow International School, Hyderabad in 2017
and then completed my Intermediate from Master Minds Junior College in 2019. Later, I completed
my Bachelor of Business Administration from GITAM University in 2019.

A master’s degree is an investment in the financial future. An employee who has earned a master’s
degree is earning more than one who graduated with a bachelor’s. Since childhood, I was interested
in doing business. I realized that we can do many things by earning more. So, from that, I chase my
dream. It is a privilege for me to have been brought up in a family where education is always a
prominent aspect.

I have quite an academic history. My educational journey started with me as a young, 16 years old
student with the ambition to be a management professional, I’ve completed my 12 th from a
commerce background with an intention to join BBA. In 2019 I joined BBA because it has much
exposure to communicating with others and gaining knowledge. My thoughtful nature has
concluded one belief to success in all aspects of life that ‘’Think emotionally and act practically’’. My
nature of in-depth thinking made me take BBA as my undergraduate option because this is a field
that is without boundaries for learning and exploring.

I have done a mini project on problem-solving tasks in “Human resources management.” I have also
done a major project on “how a business development manager helps an organization to expand
their clients. I appreciated working on various projects, and seminars and coordinating events in my
college.

As far as my family is concerned, I belong to a family consisting of 3 members, me, my younger

brother, my mother, and my father. My father owns a business where he convinces the customers to
use his service. He uses all kinds of business techniques to bring new customers and that made me
quite fascinating and I started to realise that its not all about money its about building relations
among customers.

I always wanted to become a management associate and my college degree helped in taking the first
step towards it. Not everything is taught in classrooms, so I understand to do more and I have done
many online courses and certifications in Coursera to gain extra knowledge.

There are many students at the point where they wondering whether they should go for a master’s
or do a job. Some even end up wondering whether a Master’s degree has any point at all. From my
perspective, I feel that a master’s degree has many benefits such as improving vital knowledge and
skills. In short term, I would like to work for a company to develop my skills, in long term, I wanted to
start my own business.

I like to do international business management as well as business analytics because they help me to
learn key skills such as decision making, time management, leadership, communication, critical
thinking and technical skills. These programs will enhance my skill set in all these fields which help
me to start a business which I was planning.

14. There is no particular university, I like to pursue my MBA in UK because UK is one of the leading
economies of the world and maintains a tight relationship with people from other parts of the world.
Studying in UK helps me to get quality education, many of the universities in UK have close links with
industry tycoons. This enables me to be in touch with some of the professionals in the world. It also
increases my credibility.

15. When I was studying BBA I frequently used to participate In group discussions and debates. I
have many Hobbies such as sketching, painting and working out. My co-curricular activities and
hobbies helped me to enhance creativity, it strengthened focus and strategic thinking and the most
important thing I developed from these is communication skills.

16. Well talking about the contribution towards the university, as shown by my grades and
extracurricular achievements. I will bring a strong work ethic and commitment to class and other
campus activities. Coming from other country, I will contribute a different perspective to class
discussions and add diversity. During my high school years, I have been a leader in my debate team. I
intend to provide leadership and serve as a role model in academic work.

I will be grateful if I can be accepted to get an admission in UK for MBA program because it will give
me a lot of benefits to improve myself and meet my carrier aspirations.

I believe that MBA program will widen my opportunities and increase my chances of leading
teams in various activities.

Thanks, and regards,

Ganesh Simhadhri.
