Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that The Khaitan School in association with Perception Mentorz
and Temple of Learning, is organizing “Paradigm: A Career Conclave” on 04th November
2022 from 08:30 am onwards on the school campus.

The Career Conclave has experts from more than 20 leading Domestic and International
Universities, coming and sharing the nuances about the futuristic academic processes and
narratives.

Furthermore, the Conclave shall have Theme based break out sessions which the students
and parents can opt for. The entire season is open for both the students and the parents for
classes IX-XII.

circular.

Event Concept:-
A Career Fair and Counseling Day organized by The Khaitan School, Noida. The Fair provides an
opportunity to the participants to interact with leading domestic universities of India and know about the
various career prospects/options after Class XII.

3. The Activity provides the students and parents an opportunity to-
● Interact with counselors from the leading domestic colleges and universities
● Attend sessions on Emerging Careers-Trends-Courses-Programs to be conducted by leading
experts from the participating Universities
● Communicate with university/academic experts as part of the specially curated standalone break
out zones.
● Visit the stalls set up by the domestic universities and seek information about various programs and
courses

The details for the “Break Out sessions” are enlisted below:-

The sessions have been conceptualized from the perspective that students and parents can visit the
breakout zones and seek information about emerging courses/trends in education. To mention-

● Emerging Technologies and it’s correlation with Industrial Revolution 4.0

● CUET and its impact from a futuristic perspective
● Liberal Arts and the world of Public Policy
● Futuristic skill sets
● Media Studies and its prospects
● Design Studies and its prospects
● Securing global scholarships.
● Emerging careers in Management studies
● Other themes can be decided in sync with the participating universities

The session duration per batch shall not exceed 15 minutes and these breakout sessions shall run
concurrently.

The students/parents shall need to opt in advance for the session of their interest. A student/parent can
opt for a maximum of 3 break out sessions, so that based on their inputs the slots shall be allocated.
